One of Rocket's powers is the ability to look extremely adorable. Big, sad eyes, droopy ears, the works. In fact, if you instantly thought of this, you wouldn't be wrong.
When Rocket turns the adorable eyes on someone, they will be momentarily charmed into forgetting that Rocket is a colossal asshole, and will instead find him to be the most adorable thing ever. The effect will only last a handful of seconds at best. Rocket will likely use this power sparingly because he hates it, but when he does it will almost always be to get himself out of trouble or to get things he wants.
NOTE: This power does not make characters do what he wants or control them in any way. He will just attempt to use the power of cuteness to get away with stuff.
